Philip Plane

Philip maintains a couple of gliding related Perl programs. The first, igc_tool, is used to view igc format log files. The second, task.pl allows you to create a task definition for use with the EW micrologger. Both programs use Perl and Tk. Both run on Windows using ActivePerl as well as any recent Unix/Linux system with Perl and Tk. A history of the programs is viewable in cvs.

In the past he has climbed mountains, been an enthusiastic and sometimes competative motorcyclist, and mountain biker.
